Refund policy

We want you to love your Sharp's Soap Co. products. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns, refunds, and store credit.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unused and unopened items only.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return.

To request a return, contact us at support@sharpssoap.com with your order number and reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

 

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit may be issued for opened or lightly used items.
  • Store credit does not expire.
  • Store credit is delivered via email and can be used on future purchases. 

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit - whichever is most appropriate.

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order. 

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
