At Sharp's Soap Co., we take care in preparing and shipping every order. Below is what to expect once you place an order with us.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Order Tracking 

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Issues

Sharp's Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier prior to contacting us.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Damages or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we'll offer a replacement or refund - no hassle.

 

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
